LEAN Office Implementation
Diana trains offices how to apply LEAN practices in administrative settings. Your people will learn to focus their efforts to create value for the customer, eliminate waste in their processes, and speed up your operation.
The process includes:
- Conducting a Lean Office Assessment
- Training on lean concepts, such as: value stream mapping and data collection, push-pull, takt time, work load balancing, visual controls and 5S.
- Holding a Kaizen Event. Kaizen means to “change for the better.” During this intensive workshop, your employees will analyze and improve a selected business process.
Onboarding Initiatives
The concept behind employee onboarding is best defined as a systematic and comprehensive approach to orient new employees - to get them on board with the organization and productive members of their new workgroup.
Diana develops programs in the following areas:
- Employee Orientation –
- You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Your business should make absolutely sure that your employees feel welcomed, valued, and prepared so they can start contributing to your organization’s success as soon as possible. - Department Orientation –
- Department Orientation is another important step in the onboarding process.
It is intended to introduce the new employee to departmental goals, policies, procedures, customs, and traditions. Department Orientation is also used to convey responsibilities and expectations clearly. - New Manager Orientation –
- A management orientation program for new supervisors and managers increases value.
In addition to the company’s new employee orientation, a management-centered orientation ensures that new managers and supervisors know applicable federal employment laws and the company policies and procedures as they apply at the managerial level. - Buddy/ Mentoring/Coaching Programs –
- A buddy program reduces on-boarding time for new employees so that they can integrate into the culture and politics of the organization more quickly and become more productive more quickly.
- A mentoring program supports the development of additional skills and capabilities of individual employees within the organization, both personally and professionally.
- A coaching program helps individual employees realize the capabilities, resources and ambitions within themselves and how they can contribute to their function in the organization.
Trustworks
Before Trust is Earned, It Must be Learned!
Diana will help your organization discover the ABCD’s of Trust through these interactive sessions:
